Key Responsibilities
- Assess: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical, social, and psychological status, collaborating with team members, patients, and families.
- Plan: Develop individualized care plans through critical thinking and patient involvement, including education and follow-up support.
- Implement: Lead and coordinate care delivery, delegate tasks appropriately, and manage resources efficiently while ensuring compliance with care guidelines.
- Evaluate: Monitor patient responses, outcomes, and satisfaction, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Professionalism: Uphold legal and ethical standards, ensure accurate documentation, and promote nursing development.
- Current RN license in the practice state; valid compact license transfer within 60 days if applicable.
- BSN required within four years for less than 12 months of experience.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Skills in patient care delivery, interdisciplinary teamwork, documentation, communication, critical thinking, and patient evaluation.
