- Educate and assist new mothers with physical and emotional needs during postpartum stay.
- Care for infants and educate mothers about infant care.
- Construct and implement individualized care plans using nursing knowledge and skills.
- Develop goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans tailored to patient and family needs.
- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
- Current Nevada nursing license.
- Valid BLS certification; NRP and STABLE within 6 months of hire.
- Neonatal nursing experience preferred.
- One year full-time or three years part-time experience in an acute care setting preferred.
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
