Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Maintain current RN licensure as per state requirements.
- Possess relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials, with ongoing certification as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring reaching, bending, and kneeling.
