- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and coordinate duties within the healthcare team.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practice state (required).
- CPR/BLS certification (required), with additional certifications including ACLS, PALS, and BLS from approved vendors.
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) and experience in acute care settings.
