- Providing compassionate, high-quality nursing care for patients in their homes
- Utilizing electronic documentation through tablets in patient residences
- Collaborating with a team to achieve positive clinical outcomes
- Participating in skill development and paid training opportunities
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification and TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Reliable transportation and prior nursing experience preferred but not required
- Compassion, empathy, and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
