We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance in our facility.

- Completing maintenance tasks on equipment such as pumps, conveyor systems, and hydraulic components
- Documenting work and conditions using maintenance software
- Operating tools and heavy equipment, interpreting schematics and manuals
- Ensuring safety and maintaining a clean work environment
- Performing other assigned duties
- Minimum 4 years of maintenance or electrical troubleshooting experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and in varied conditions with PPE
- Strong communication skills in English and basic computer skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work overtime and adapt to different shifts
- Forklift experience, leadership, and familiarity with CMMS systems
- Knowledge of automation, pneumatic, PLC, and electrical systems
- Technical degree and experience with inventory management
