Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team in Grafton, ND. In this role, you will evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assessing patient needs through clinical evaluations and consultations
• Designing and adjusting personalized therapy programs based on patient progress
• Providing hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities
• Educating patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises for continued recovery
• Documenting patient progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
