Responsibilities Include
- Assessing patient needs and developing comprehensive care plans
- Applying principles, methods, and equipment used in physical therapy
- Ensuring professional procedures are followed in home care environments
- Using office technology such as tablets and phones effectively
- Working flexibly, including weekends and holidays, and traveling within the service area
- Graduation from an APTA-accredited college of Physical Therapy
- Current state license and valid driver's license
- CPR certification
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills
- Ability to work as part of a healthcare team and demonstrate professional procedures
