- Provide newborn rounding, handle calls from nurses, and manage consults in a Level III NICU
- Conduct average of 19.5 deliveries per shift, with a minimum census of 5 babies
- Responsible for newborn care, including calls, consults, and after-hours virtual appointments
- Participate in hospital shifts, including weekends and night calls, with a focus on patient safety and care quality
- Must obtain hospital privileges and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in pediatrics
- Preferred NICU experience
- Strong communication, clinical skills, and ability to work in a team environment
- Salary range of $230,000-$315,000 with potential productivity/bonuses
