Role: Provides clinical leadership in an acute inpatient setting, ensuring patient/family-centered care and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Responsibilities: Conducts thorough assessments, develops and updates individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and sets measurable goals. Delivers direct patient care within the scope of practice, delegates tasks appropriately, and monitors care quality. Ensures patient safety, utilizes performance metrics for quality improvement, and documents care accurately. Educates patients and families, advocates for their needs, and evaluates practice for continuous improvement. Maintains professional licensure and compliance with policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills: Associate degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), at least one year of RN experience or equivalent through residency or LPN experience, current RN licensure, and proficiency in evidence-based practices. Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills are essential.
