Key Responsibilities
- Perform LPN duties as prescribed by regulations
- Develop and follow through with patient care plans
- Administer medications accurately and safely
- Maintain clinical environments and document care activities
- Assist with patient monitoring during procedures
- Support staff training and clinical matters
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus vocational training for LPN
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in clinical, physician office, emergency room, or hospital settings, with some clerical experience desirable
- Current LPN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, maintained throughout employment
