- Answer, locate, and direct calls to providers regarding critical imaging results.
- Act as the primary contact for radiologists, providers, and nursing staff on urgent findings.
- Review reports and send notifications to patients and referring physicians via Epic secure chat, e-fax, and messaging.
- Manage the critical results tracker to ensure timely communication within required timeframes.
- Verify MRI safety for outpatients with implantable devices, following proper protocols.
- Notify providers when devices fail interrogation for alternative care planning.
- Coordinate with the Patient Connection Center to schedule post-interrogation appointments.
- Manage outside imaging requests using Powershare and perform basic office procedures to support daily operations.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least 1 year of call center, dispatching, or related office experience.
