Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and monitor patient status.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and interventions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare regulations.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred).
- Valid RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, TNCC, ACLS (all required upon hire).
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
