Apex Filtration – North Little Rock, AR
Position Summary
Apex Filtration is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse & Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for preparing customer and delivery orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing warehouse operations, and fabricating custom air filters.
This is not a forklift-only position. Most of the day is spent pulling orders, organizing inventory, preparing deliveries, assisting customers, and building custom products. Forklift operation and unloading shipments are only a portion of the role.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, pays attention to detail, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Primary Responsibilities
- Pull and prepare orders accurately for customer pickup and delivery routes
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Build and fabricate custom air filters to customer specifications
- Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and accurate inventory locations
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock control
- Receive incoming product and verify quantities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment
- Communicate effectively with customers, delivery drivers, office staff, and service personnel
- Support warehouse operations and assist with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or fabrication experience preferred
- Forklift experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and inventory records
- Ability to lift and move materials regularly (50 lbs.)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Schedule
Full-time
Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Occasional schedule adjustments may be required based on customer and operational needs.)
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
