⚡ What You’ll Do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and / or email
- Process purchase orders
- Resolve product, service, or billing issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction in accordance with our manufacturers process & policies
- Follow-up on pending shipments, expedite requests, and any customer inquiries
- Process returns
- Collaborate with the sales team to reach and exceed sales goals
- Office Hours: Monday- Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
