Responsibilities
- Operate various types of heavy equipment, including backhoes, graders, and dump trucks, to perform drilling and excavation tasks.
- Conduct site assessments to determine drilling locations and methods.
- Dig trenches and holes for foundations, utilities, and other construction needs.
- Pave surfaces as required, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
- Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and conducting minor repairs.
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with heavy machinery.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience in construction site operations, including digging and paving tasks.
- Valid driving license mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
