Your Mission:
As aTech Sales Account Executive at PostcardMania, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and expanding our client base. This is a full-cycle sales role where you will:
- Take inbound leads and turn them into long-term clients.
- Proactively generate your own leads and build a strong pipeline.
- Sell over the phone, guiding prospects through the sales process with confidence.
- Work with software-based companies (CRMs, marketing platforms, data companies, and automation tools) that can resell our direct mail API and fulfillment services to their own clients.
- Full-time in-office position
- Monday - Friday from 9:00am–6:00pm with a 1-hour lunch
- Paid training
- Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000–$200,000 per year
- You will be paid $28.84 per hour
- NO CEILING to your income if you’re a true game-changer at sales
- Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required.
- Software Sales Experience or a Tech background is a plus but NOT required.
- Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone.
- No fear of technology – comfortable with software.
- Ability to multi-task and correctly prioritize without stressing out.
- Self-Starter Mentality
- Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers.
- Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed.
