In this position, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex assemblies, interpretation of detailed schematics, and mentoring less experienced team members. You’ll work with minimal direction, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You’ll Do

In this position, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex assemblies, interpretation of detailed schematics, and mentoring less experienced team members. You’ll work with minimal direction, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You’ll Do
- Build complex electrical control panels from start to finish using detailed schematics.
- Wire and configure advanced components including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, and safety circuits.
- Ensure panels meet UL, NEC, and customer specifications.
- Perform functional testing and troubleshooting of completed panels.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
- Collaborate with engineering on design improvements and technical solutions.
- Extensive experience building and wiring industrial electrical control panels
- Expert ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and diagrams
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safe work practices
- Proven ability to work independently with exceptional accuracy and ownership
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Basic Computer skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in electrical panel building or industrial automation.
- Expert knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring practices, and safety standards.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and testing electrical systems.
- Proficient in using power tools such as drills, saws and impacts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Dependability, strong work ethic and willingness to work occasional overtime and weekends.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to determine colors and follow written work instructions.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Climbing (ladders, stairs, etc.)
- Bending, stooping, twisting, and squatting
- Extended periods of standing and walking
- Familiarity with PLC programming and automation integration.
