What You’ll Do
- Prep Concrete Surfaces — grinding, patching, cleaning
- Mix Epoxy Materials with accuracy
- Install Coating Systems — primers, base coats, flakes, metallics, topcoats
- Operate grinders, vacuums, and hand tools
- Deliver clean, professional finishes every time
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in epoxy, coatings, or construction (we’ll train the right person)
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work on your feet
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
