Apex Clean Air is looking for an ambitious, experienced Residential Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team in the Greater Salt Lake area.
This is not a position for someone looking to simply clock in, install equipment, and go home. We’re looking for a motivated lead installer who wants to make great money, grow their skill set, and build a career.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong experience with residential retrofit installations
- Ability to lead an install from start to finish
- Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, wiring, and installation practices
- Organized, clean, and professional on every job
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ambitious, goal-oriented, and money motivated
- Comfortable working hard and putting in longer days when the job requires it
- Valid driver's license and EPA certification
- Ability to work independently while leading a team
