Role
Candidate must have bachelor Degree.
The University Relations Recruiter will:
· Promote the company as an employer of choice at targeted local and regional universities.
· Lead full?cycle recruiting for designated hiring needs within assigned business units.
· Source, engage, and develop pipelines of student candidates for both technical and non?technical roles.
· Coordinate phone screenings and virtual interviews.
· Participate in campus events, career fairs, and virtual tech talks at priority schools.
· Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and guide them through selection and hiring.
· Collaborate with HR Global Services on post?offer activities through onboarding.
· Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed.
Required Experience & Skills
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 8 years of recruiting experience, including familiarity with internship and co-op hiring programs.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
· Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast? Paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, problem? Solving, and time? Management skills.
· Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Experience & Skills
· Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably hiring engineering students (ideally electrical engineering).
· Exposure to the technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries.
· Experience recruiting graduate? Level students (MBA, MS, PhD).
