Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Finance workstream within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Develop and manage a comprehensive, integrated project plan, aligning dependencies across business, IT, and SI partners
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery across key Finance workstream components, including:
- Business process design
- SAP configuration and RICEF development
- Non-SAP system integrations
- Data migration
- Security role design and build
- System/unit testing
- Integration testing and defect prioritization
- Cutover planning and execution support
- Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) and proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Oversee resource capacity planning for the Finance team in alignment with scope and timeline
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Smartsheet to track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure milestone delivery
- Collaborate with global teams across North America, Europe, and Asia (including India)
- Ensure adherence to the prime System Integrator (SI) delivery methodology
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience managing large-scale SAP or ERP transformation programs
- Proven experience leading Finance workstreams within SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP implementations
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage integrated project plans across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
- Strong experience coordinating with System Integrators (SI), business stakeholders, and technical teams
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
