Senior Project Manager (Data & Salesforce)
Location: 100% Remote
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver two high-impact initiatives across data and CRM domains. This role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive projects from inception to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Quality & Data Retention Program
- Lead enterprise-wide data quality and data retention initiatives
- Collaborate with Data Architects, Data Governance teams, Finance, and business stakeholders
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics
- Drive execution and ensure alignment with organizational data strategy
- Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery
2. Greenfield Salesforce Implementation
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a new Salesforce project from scratch
- Coordinate with business, technical teams, and external vendors
- Oversee requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Ensure adherence to best practices and scalable architecture
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience managing data-focused projects (Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Retention)
- Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, or similar data platforms
- Exposure to enterprise data architecture and governance frameworks
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications
