- Troubleshoot complex issues across:
- Inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory
- Labor performance, incorrect standards, productivity reporting
- System behavior vs. operational expectations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and partner with Manhattan or internal dev teams when code fixes are required.
- Ensure system stability before handoff to steady‑state support teams.
Integration & Execution Support
- Support and validate MAWM/LMS integrations with ERP, TMS, parcel systems, automation, and reporting systems.
- Monitor and troubleshoot interface failures during high‑volume execution windows.
- Validate labor data flows and workforce metrics across systems.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
- Create and refine go‑live runbooks, SOPs, and hypercare playbooks.
- Support knowledge transfer to operations and long‑term support teams after stabilization.
- Capture lessons learned to improve future implementations.
