Project Overview:
Client is undergoing a major modernization initiative, transitioning from its legacy AS400 environment to a modern Manhattan WMS platform. They are seeking a hands-on Manhattan SCALE WMS Configurator to lead implementations, configuration, integrations, testing, and go-live activities as they roll out Manhattan across multiple warehouse locations. This is a high-visibility role with strong growth potential, including the opportunity to evolve into an IT Manager position.

- This is a new position supporting the migration from the legacy AS400 platform to Manhattan WMS.

Job Description
WMS Configurator – Manhattan SCALE
The WMS Configurator will support Dynamic Worldwide's warehouse modernization initiative by leading the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of the Manhattan SCALE Warehouse Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement Manhattan SCALE WMS across multiple warehouse locations.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Lead full implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and production support.
- Partner with warehouse operations, supply chain leadership, and IT teams.
- Support integrations with ERP systems, EDI, AS400 legacy applications, WCS/MHE, and other warehouse technologies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing support.
Required Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of Manhattan WMS experience (SCALE strongly preferred).
- Experience leading end-to-end Manhattan WMS implementations.
- Strong warehouse, distribution, logistics, and supply chain knowledge.
- Experience with WMS configuration, testing, and production support.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations, EDI, SQL, and warehouse automation is preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Kearny, NJ.
