Job Overview:
We are looking for a Finisher/Sprayer to help complete carpentry work in our workshop for exhibit projects. The role involves sanding, spraying, painting, staining, and clear coating wood and other materials to ensure they meet high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Sanding: Smooth surfaces for finishing. Painting: Apply paint evenly to wooden surfaces. Staining: Add stain to enhance the wood’s color and grain. Clear Coating: Apply protective coatings to finished surfaces. Exhibit Prep: Ensure pieces are ready for exhibition. Quality Control: Make sure all finishes meet client standards. Safety: Follow safety guidelines and keep the work area clean.
Qualifications:
Experience in sanding, painting, staining, and clear coating. Ability to work on exhibit projects and understand the importance of quality finishes. Strong attention to detail and a focus on getting the job done right. Familiar with workshop tools (sanders, spray guns, etc.). Able to lift materials and work as part of a team.
