Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance complex XML structure files using PeopleCode (XMLDoc, XMLNode, XMLRowset, XMLGen).
- Build and maintain PeopleSoft application objects in Application Designer (records, pages, components, menus, and PeopleCode).
- Develop and optimize Application Engine programs, including SQL, PeopleCode, and data transformation routines.
- Implement and troubleshoot integrations via Integration Broker, including service operations and messaging.
- Collaborate with functional teams to interpret business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
- Leverage expert-level understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data, including HR, Payroll, and Commitment Accounting structures, to ensure accurate processing and reporting.
- Debug, refactor, and tune PeopleSoft code for optimal performance.
- Prepare technical design documents, unit test cases, and support materials.
- 10 years of hands-on PeopleSoft HCM development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in PeopleCode, including XML manipulation using XMLDoc, XMLGen, XMLNode, and related APIs.
