The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, engage with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions within regulated government environments.

About The Role

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, engage with stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions within regulated government environments.
Must-Have Requirements
- 2 3 Public Sector Oracle projects (U.S. experience required)
- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion Fixed Assets implementations
- Strong understanding of government accounting standards (GASB, OMB, etc.)
- Willingness to work hybrid in Washington, D.C.
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets implementations (requirements design configuration testing go-live)
- Manage full asset lifecycle: additions, transfers, retirements, depreciation, and period close
- Configure Oracle Cloud Financials (Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting) based on client requirements
- Develop Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and configuration workbooks
- Support data migration (FBDI/ADF DI), SIT, UAT, and cutover activities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Fixed Assets workstream
- Lead workshops and collaborate with government finance and IT stakeholders
- Translate regulatory and compliance requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions
- Provide post-go-live support (hypercare) and knowledge transfer
- Lead and mentor junior consultants and functional analysts
- Drive best practices, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Integration teams
- Experience in Public Sector (Federal/State/Local government projects)
- Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials (FA, SLA)
- Experience with data migration tools (FBDI, ADF DI)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience leading multiple Oracle Cloud implementations
