What are the responsibilities and job description for the Safety Manager position at Aperture Group?
This is a 10 month contract (W-2) role beginning February 2, 2026. Expected schedule is Monday-Saturday day shift (~6:00AM-4:30PM).
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain site safety plan
- Conduct safety inductions for all contractor and subcontracted staff
- Execute daily and weekly safety inspections, reports, and corrects findings
- Ensure that subcontractors have all required permits to work
- Organize weekly safety discussion for contractor site team
- Collect worked hours for contractor and subcontractor teams and generate monthly reports
- Investigate and report any incidents
- Generate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Work Method Statements (WMS)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety 3 years of construction safety management experience / OR board-certified safety credential 5 years of construction safety management experience / OR Current OSHA 500 Certification 6 years of construction safety management experience
- OSHA 10 OSHA 30 certifications required
- Knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
- Able to identify known potential exposure and lead corrective actions
- Able to produce reports and develop relevant policies
- Comfortable with the onsite work requirements and schedule
Salary : $50 - $55
