What You’ll Do
- Lead on-site safety efforts across fast-paced data center construction projects
- Ensure OSHA and client safety standards are consistently met
- Conduct daily site walks, audits, and safety meetings to identify and mitigate risk
- Partner with project teams and subcontractors to drive accountability and alignment
- Investigate incidents and implement practical, preventative solutions
- Support high-risk scopes including energized work, LOTO, fall protection, rigging, and excavation
- Experience in data center or mission-critical construction (or similar environments)
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA and complex, multi-trade job sites
- A field-first leader who communicates well and builds trust across teams
- Comfortable engaging both craft labor and project leadership

- Minimum 7 years direct construction safety experience required
- Degree in a safety related field preferred
- OSHA 510 and or 500 a plus
- CHST or CSP preferred
- Advance knowledge of construction safety standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
