Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals for medical patients and older adults, ensuring compliance with nutritional plans and dietary requirements
- Assist in creating and delivering personalized meal plans that meet the needs of our residents
- Deliver food to patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist kitchen staff in meal preparation and service, as needed
- Operate cooking equipment, including cookware, bakeware, and appliances
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a dietary aide
- Demonstrated experience in customer service is appreciated
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
- Ability to operate cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances
- Ability to successfully operate cooking equipment
