Job Summary:
AdviniaCare Summit Commons, a premier provider of post-hospital rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care, is seeking a skilled and motivated Dietary Aide to join our dedicated team for part-time hours. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in preparing and delivering nutritious meals to our residents, many of whom require personalized dietary plans to promote their health and wellbeing. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for medical patients and older adults, ensuring compliance with nutritional plans and dietary requirements
Assist in creating and delivering personalized meal plans that meet the needs of our residents
Deliver food to patients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that their needs are met
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines
Assist kitchen staff in meal preparation and service, as needed
Operate cooking equipment, including cookware, bakeware, and appliances
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a dietary aide
Demonstrated experience in customer service is appreciated
Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
Ability to operate cookware, bakeware, and cooking appliances
Ability to successfully operate cooking equipment
