Job Description:
We are looking for a Team Leader for our Quality Department on Days. This role involves overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring products meet high standards, and leading a team of quality technicians while assisting the quality manager. This candidate should have a background as a process engineer.
Duties:
- Lead and manage the Quality Department team.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance procedures.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and improvements.
- Work with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communicate with stakeholders about quality issues and resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Competencies & Knowledge:
Skills
• Ability to learn and develop quickly through personal initiative.
• Recognizing changes using measurement data and visual inspections
• Able to work in a fast environment.
• Basic computer skills required, Windows, Word, and Excel preferred.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and committed to excellence.
Preferred: Process engineer experience for 1 years.
