- Knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic valves, pumps, cylinders and schematics.
- Knowledge of general industrial equipment such as chains, bushings, bearings, gearboxes and drive belts.
- Experience with fabrication and reading blueprints.
- Ability to work safely at elevated heights and in confined spaces.
- Familiarity with CMMS.
- Fabrication and welding.
- Commitment to safety.
- Work on various projects involving fabrication, rebuilding parts, and inspecting machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
- Help other maintenance and operational personnel as needed.
- Operate a forklift and man lift.
- Plumb air, oil, grease and water lines.
- Troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Work independently and as a team.
- Strictly follow all safety rules and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
- Fabrication experience.
- Ability to safely work in confined spaces, at elevated heights, and around chemicals.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Preferred – Millwright Certification, Electrical experience.
- Preferred – CMMS familiarity.
