We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Floating Apartment Property Manager to support multiple communities within the management company’s portfolio in Gainesville, Florida.
A minimum of 3 years of Property Manager experience and an active CAM certification are required.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily property operations to ensure resident satisfaction and a positive living experience.
Market vacant units, conduct tours, process applications, and manage lease administration.
Address resident concerns, manage rent collection, and handle move-ins and move-outs.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely repairs and conduct regular property inspections.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure quality service delivery.
Collect rent and fees, assist with budget preparation, process invoices, and perform basic accounting functions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including Fair Housing.
Prepare and submit reports as required.
Train, guide, and support on-site staff, providing leadership across various property environments.
