We are hiring a Groundskeeper for a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position to help maintain the curb appeal, amenities, and common areas of our multi-family residential apartment communities. This role is essential in keeping our properties clean, inviting, and well-maintained.
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain the grounds, amenities, parking lots, and building exteriors
✅ Pressure washing and general upkeep of community areas
✅ Remove trash and debris from the property daily
✅ Assist with vacant unit trash-outs and preparation for new residents
✅ Support the maintenance team with light repairs and troubleshooting
✅ Report any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
✅ Help deliver resident communications when needed
