We are currently seeking a Property Reputation Administrative Assistant
The Property Reputation Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. This position focuses on maintaining consistent communication, managing monthly reporting/data tracking, and supporting property-level initiatives that enhance overall performance. Responsibilities include coordinating updates across platforms, generating reports, assisting with marketing efforts, and supporting team engagement activities, along with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks.

Compensation: Full-Time $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

The Property Reputation Administrative Assistant plays a key role in supporting the marketing team and ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations. This position focuses on maintaining consistent communication, managing monthly reporting/data tracking, and supporting property-level initiatives that enhance overall performance. Responsibilities include coordinating updates across platforms, generating reports, assisting with marketing efforts, and supporting team engagement activities, along with a variety of administrative and project-based tasks.
Responsibilities Include
- Manage and regularly update community specials across websites and online advertising platforms
- Prepare and maintain the weekly team meeting agenda, and track team priorities and goals
- Compile and distribute monthly Property Shop report
- Coordinate, schedule, and send reminders for upcoming marketing trainings and webinars
- Execute CRM and tracking setup updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all systems
- Create and share biweekly company-wide updates that highlight top performance metrics, positive resident reviews, and social media engagement
- Assist in planning and scheduling team events, activities, and engagement initiatives
- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials and “how-to” documentation
- Gather and organize data to support reporting and marketing efforts
- Support miscellaneous projects, including compliance tracking and other administrative tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of administrative, marketing, or property management support experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms)
- Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
