Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks while assisting the operational accountants with administrative duties.

Compensation: Full-Time $20.50 to $21.00 per hour

We are currently seeking an Accounting Assistant!
Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks while assisting the operational accountants with administrative duties.
Responsibilities Include
- Process weekly AP draws
- Scan deposits to the bank
- Scan bank reconciliation for record-keeping
- Distribute financial draw information
- Conduct and balance monthly AP audits
- Enter biweekly payroll invoices
- Compile month-end reports received from the site teams
- Bookkeeping or accounting experience preferred
- Must be self-motivated with attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and meet deadlines
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide mathematical figures
