What are the responsibilities and job description for the Events and Ministry Coordinator - Greenville, SC position at Apartment Life?
An Apartment Life onsite coordinator is a role designed to serve and engage the residents of an apartment community and they do so by hosting two events per month, and connecting with residents. These engagements primarily happen in the evenings and on weekends, so most of our onsite coordinators also have full-time jobs during the day.
Monthly responsibilities include:
- Coordinating two events each month
- Interacting with residents through visits, events, and social media
- Monthly reporting
- Consistently meeting with property manager/ leasing staff
- Managing receipts, tracking expenses, and following a budget
- Monthly training meetings
Job Type: Contract
Pay: The coordinator(s) will live Onsite at the community and the role is compensated with discounted rent. It is not a paid position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday and weekends as needed
