Role Description The Apartment Locating Agent is a full-time, hybrid role based in Denver, CO. In this position, the agent meets with prospective renters to understand their preferences, budget, and timing, and then researches available apartments that match those criteria. The agent schedules and conducts property tours, explains lease terms and community features, and provides clear, unbiased advice to help renters make informed decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Denver rental market, coordinating with property managers and leasing offices, managing client communications via phone, email, and text, and accurately tracking leads and placements in internal systems.
