Duties include being responsible for LEASING, follow up, setting appointments, creativity in community outreach marketing to area businesses – planning & execution, helping prospective residents find just the right apartment home, making follow up phone calls/emails to prospects, customer service to existing residents, helping with community newsletter, assisting with resident events, posting rents, posting on social media, preparing lease packages and assisting the Manager with all the essential duties needed to manage the apartment community. Most Saturdays each month are required but we are closed on Sundays! Reliable transportation and valid driver's license is required.

- Apartment Leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
