Our team is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to work at a property in Highlands Ranch, CO.Responsibilities:Make ready's/Work ordersReport updates to ownership and Property ManagerOrder necessary supplies and log inventory as neededAssist team with difficult projectsPossess strong experience and knowledge in the following tasks:Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge of proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicableCarpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up paintingAppliances - help with the installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repairsQualifications:Previous Apartment Maintenance ExperienceMust have personal hand tools and drillMust have reliable means of transportationAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-oriented Pay Range:$21/hr-25/hr.
