• Promptly and efficiently handle maintenance tickets, including turning over vacant units and completing essential tasks.
• Utilize your expertise in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance maintenance to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties.
• Deliver courteous and professional service to residents, setting realistic expectations for completion times.
• Collaborate effectively with the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager regarding missing or needed parts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or private homes.
• Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the site daily for use.
• Reliable transportation and a collaborative team mentality are essential.
• Ability to handle physical workloads and adapt to various maintenance tasks.
