As we continue to grow and invest in our future, we are seeking an experienced Controller to join our team and help drive financial excellence across the organization.

This position is responsible for the integrity of the company’s financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, compliance activities, and accounting team leadership.

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Controller will work closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide meaningful financial insights, improve business performance, strengthen processes, and support the company’s continued growth.

The ideal candidate brings strong accounting leadership experience and advanced QuickBooks expertise. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who combines technical accounting knowledge with business acumen, operational awareness, and a continuous improvement mindset.

• Lead all accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Maintain the integrity of financial data and reporting across multiple locations and business operations.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

• Partner with the CFO and executive leadership team to support strategic decision-making.
• Provide financial analysis and insights regarding profitability, customer performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to mitigate financial and operational risk.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Support financial system enhancements and reporting improvements that increase visibility into business performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Significant hands-on QuickBooks experience.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience leading accounting teams and improving accounting processes.
