The Company, based in Fairfield County Connecticut, sells and services the top brands in the heating and cooling industry, including heaters, air conditioners, indoor air quality systems, and water heaters. They also provide same-day service for repairs and offer comprehensive maintenance services as well.
Responsibilities:
- “Hands on” service and sales.
- Administrative Leadership: Direct office support staff in permitting, scheduling, procurement, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Sales Management: Oversee inside and outside sales teams, providing technical advisory support to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Field Operations: Direct, support, and supervise field technicians in equipment installations and service calls, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with industry standards.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, providing guidance and mentorship to staff and technicians. Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and field service personnel.
- Training: direct training and skill development and mentorship to team members on best practices in HVAC/R service.
