Logistics Analyst I
Position Description
• Receive, track, and circulate for review contract data deliverables and consolidate review comments and updating statuses in NAVSEA IDE
• Support in monitoring contractor compliance in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract (Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)).
• Review contractor deliverables for accuracy and any relevant data to be tracked
• Utilize shipbuilder Integrated Data Environments (IDEs) to retrieve documents for review and send notifications to appropriate review teams.
• Draft CDRL Approval/Rejection recommendations from reviewer input.
• Identify, coordinate, and expedite action items in support of Data Management processing.
• Maintain CDRLs within NAVSEA IDE and distribute to responsible managers to assist in meeting processing deadlines and gathering metrics as needed
• Participate in meetings, keeping minutes and maintaining action items as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Participate in shipbuilder monthly TMSRs and provide updates to open and/or processed CDRLs
• Prepare and provide training materials on Navy Program Data Management procedures for use by both contractor and Government logistics team members.
• Provide support in monitoring, tracking, and documenting updates to Proposed Change Washington (PCWs) and Change Forms (CFs) from shipbuilder as it applies to ILS deliverables from shipbuilders
• Provide support as needed to ILS Managers and ILS Deputy Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on CDRL reviews submitted by stakeholders
• Provide Metrics as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• US Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Management or equivalent experience.
• Two or more years of business analysis experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Highly Proficient and experienced in MS Office Suite
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively individually and in a team environment.
• Experience in working in Acquisitions , Integrated Logistics Support
• Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with Navy Data Management.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Navy Shipbuilding Programs and management of CDRLs
• Experience with Navy Integrated Logistics Support.
• Prior military experience.
• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
