Contract Coordinator
Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting procurement and vendor management activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of contract management principles, and experience with various legal frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Support the Configuration Change Manager in processing of request contract changes, condition found reports, and authorized work items
- Manage and monitor the change budget
- Provide routine reports on the current change status
- Support production team with condition found report development and production analysis
- Develop and maintain weekly and quarterly production reports and presentations
- Proactively identify issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel required
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Suite of products, preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of people
- Experience with DoD contracts preferred
- Familiarity with working in a shipyard preferred
- Active Secret Clearance is required
