What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Management Specialist position at Advanced Program Analytics?
- Support the Configuration Change Manager in processing of request contract changes, condition found reports, and authorized work items
- Manage and monitor the change budget
- Provide routine reports on the current change status
- Support production team with condition found report development and production analysis
- Develop and maintain weekly and quarterly production reports and presentations
- Proactively identify issues or potential shortfalls for management resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience or High School diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel required
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Suite of products, preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate with a broad range of people
- Experience with DoD contracts preferred
- Familiarity with working in a shipyard preferred
- Active Secret Clearance is required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
