A Restaurant Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests warmly and present menus
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders
- Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills and accept payment
NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Clean, clear and reset dining room tables.
- Clean and restock service items
Requirements: Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.
- Japanese restaurant experience preferred
- Communication and hospitality skills (English required)
- Ability to work Micros computer system
- Attention to cleanliness and safety

Schedule
- Weekends and holidays required based on hotel occupancy

Friendwell Managed Hotels function twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. As a part of the hospitality industry a hospitable service atmosphere must be maintained at all times. All employees are required to project a friendly, welcoming, and positive attitude.
Pay: From $6.13 per hour
