Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their event experience
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor
- Set up banquet spaces according to event specifications, including table arrangements and service stations
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, and bussing to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Support catering operations by delivering timely service and attending to guest needs promptly
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while managing multiple tables or bar stations
Skills
- Proven experience in the food industry, including banquet service, Bartending, or catering roles
- Strong hospitality skills to enhance guest relations
- Excellent guest services abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle food safely, including proper food handling and food safety protocols
- Experience in serving, bartending, or barista work
